What time do tickets go on sale?

Unless otherwise announced, all ticket releases will take place at 11:00 AM on the specified date.

Can I take photos?

To ensure everyone can enjoy the concert, we ask that you do not take photos or film during the performance. We encourage you to be in the moment and experience the music live – not through a screen – and to be considerate of others who may be disturbed by the light and sound of mobile phones.

However, you are welcome to take photos during the applause. Thank you for helping to create a great concert experience for everyone!

Can I bring my bag into the concert hall?

As part of our work to create safety, bags/pouches larger than 30x20cm (approximately one A4 sheet) or larger outerwear are not allowed in the concert hall.

Please note that there may be a queue at the cloakroom, which is open in connection with the concert. There are unmanned cloakrooms that are free and are located on the upper floor and parquet floor (-1). Manned cloakrooms are located on the entrance floor and parquet floor (-1) and cost 30 SEK. Payment is by card.

Are there programs?

At Berwaldhallen and Sveriges Radio, we believe that important information should be free. That is why we have switched to simpler program program sheets that do not cost you anything. You can find them by the box office and cloakrooms. You are also welcome to delve into the concert information via the repertoire.

Is there an age limit?

No, but since many of our concerts are broadcast live or recorded for radio, and to avoid disturbing other guests, we ask that children who come with you can sit still for 1–2 hours without getting restless, boisterous or talking. When your child is ready, a shared concert experience at Berwaldhallen is a great idea! For the younger ones, we offer child-friendly performances, such as our popular "sing-alongs" which are perfect for the whole family.

    Who will save Alfie Atkins?

Alfie sits alone in the apartment where he lives and feels lonely. He has moved to a new place and doesn’t know any of the other children there. Sometimes his imaginary friend Malcolm appears, and when they play together, Alfons always gets to decide — like being the train driver when they play trains. The problem is that Mållgan never shows up when he is really needed, like when the “big boys” chase Alfons and spray his jacket with water pistols. A performance about friendship, based on Alfie Atkins, the beloved children’s book character created by Gunilla Bergström.
