Your safe visit

Are bags permitted at Berwaldhallen?

Yes, but please note that backpacks, bags, and purses larger than 30 x 20 cm (approximately the size of an A4 sheet), as well as larger outerwear, are not allowed into the salon. However, you can leave them in a staffed cloakroom for a fee of 30 SEK, or hang them for free in one of our unstaffed cloakrooms.

More Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a staffed cloakroom?

Berwaldhallen offers both unstaffed and staffed cloakrooms. Hanging your belongings in the staffed cloakroom costs 30 SEK, while the unstaffed cloakroom is free of charge.
Small bags and lighter outerwear may be brought into the concert hall.

May I bring my e-bike battery into the venue?

Due to fire safety regulations, e-bike batteries and electric scooters are not allowed inside Berwaldhallen. These must be left outside the building.

I feel ill – what should I do?

If you think you are coming down with something, we ask that you stay home to reduce the risk of infection. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the concert starts, or no later than 4:00 PM on the next preceding non-holiday weekday for weekend concerts, and we can change your ticket purchase to a gift certificate (minus a fee of 25 SEK /cancelled ticket). It can be used within two years for any performance in Berwaldhallen – even those of external organisers.

Give the gift of a concert experience!

Berwaldhallen’s gift card can be used for all concerts and concert series – both those arranged by Berwaldhallen and by external organizers. The gift card is valid for two years and can be redeemed when purchasing tickets either on the website or at Berwaldhallen’s ticket office.
