Wednesday Favourite

Do you prefer early evening concerts, perhaps right after work, or do you want to be able to do something else after the concert? Then our Favourite Series on Wednesdays or Thursdays might be for you, with shorter concerts, about an hour long without an intermission.

“Favourite?” you might think, and yes – here you will find both old and new favourites together with the Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Radio Choir, and some of our guest conductors and soloists. You will mainly hear well-known music by Felix Mendelssohn, Maurice Ravel and Antonín Dvořák, but also newer music by composers such as Grażyna Bacewicz, Darius Milhaud and Sofija Gubajdulina. Of course, you will also get to enjoy Berwaldhallen’s atmospheric Christmas concert.
