Baltic Sea Festival

World premiere of a symphony by Mats Larsson Gothe, Latin Concerto for piano by and with Gabriela Montero and Beethoven’s dynamic Symphony No. 7.

The brilliant super pianist Yuja Wang and Esa-Pekka Salonen perform together in this show of pure virtuoso joy. The programme includes Prokofiev’s first piano concert and Sibelius’ Lemminkäinen Suite.

A concert in celebration of Ukraine’s Independence Day, featuring members of the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra and Ukrainian artists under the baton of the Ukrainian-British conductor Maxim Rysanov.

The Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS), The Swedish Institute of International Affairs (UI) and The Swedish Institute (SI) will join forces with the Baltic Sea Festival for a celebration and networking forum mobilizing young people to achieve sustainability and openness around the Baltic Sea. The forum will orbit topics like culture, democracy and sustainability.
