40 Years of Music: One Choir, Forty Parts

The Swedish Radio Choir and conductor Andrew Manze are, as the conductor himself would describe, a match made in heaven. After several highly rated collaborations, Manze will be leading the choir’s jubilee concert for Berwaldhallen’s 40th anniversary, with Thomas Tallis’s 40-part Spem in alium and Anders Hillborg’s legendary Mouyayoum, as well as Britten’s Hymn to St. Cecilia, the very first choral piece to be performed at Berwaldhallen. Do not miss this unique concert, which we promise will also offer a surprise or two. The concert will be livestreamed at Play.
