Jubilee for Hardenberger

Star trumpeter Håkan Hardenberger is recognised as one of the leading trumpet-playing musicians in the world. To celebrate his 60th birthday he returns to Berwaldhallen with the Australian composer Brett Dean’s trumpet concerto Dramatis personae. We are also treated to romantic music by two German composers who were good friends, Johannes Brahms and Robert Schumann. Daniel Harding leads the Swedish Radio Choir and the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra.
