The concert has been canceled - Blomstedt in Mozart’s Mass in C Minor

The Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra’s honorary conductor, Herbert Blomstedt, returns with two magnificent works from different eras. Arthur Honegger channelled his rage after the Second World War into his third symphony, Symphonie Liturgique. The three movements, named after different liturgical texts, move from the madness of war to tranquillity and peace. Mozart’s Mass No. 16, generally known as Mass in C minor, was never finished but has still become one of the most beloved sacred choral and orchestral works.
