On New Year’s Eve, we open the doors to a sparkling anniversary concert when the Stockholm Strauss Orchestra celebrates Johann Strauss’ 200th birthday. It will be an evening filled with joy, dance and music that will make the entire hall sway.

Expect everything from fast-paced polkas and seductive mazurkas to the great, timeless waltzes that have made Strauss the “waltz king” of the world. What could be better than celebrating the new year with sparkling music that lifts both your heart and your feet off the floor? With everyone in a great mood and perhaps a glass of sparkling wine during the break?

Bring family, friends or someone you want to share the evening with and let Berwaldhallen be your New Year’s lounge for an evening to remember. Then dance into the New Year’s night towards the New Year’s bells and the new year, towards new adventures and new hopes.
