Hindemith and Schubert

With Manfred Honeck conducting and Frank Peter Zimmermann as soloist, the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra offers a concert where two musical worlds meet: Paul Hindemith's powerful and brilliantly formed violin concerto, followed by Franz Schubert's magnificent symphony in C major "The Great" – one of the most expansive and vibrant orchestral works of the Romantic era. Here, virtuosity, precision and symphonic brilliance fill the entire space.
