The Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra’s Concertmaster Malin Broman leads her friends in a concert where Mendelssohn’s String Octet is accompanied by two world premieres by Britta Byström: Ink-wash on paper, played alongside projected images by artist Gunnel Wåhlstrand, and A Room of One’s Own, inspired by Virginia Woolf’s famous book. Today’s talk takes place in Kista Library, the Baltic Sea Festival’s new collaboration partner, where the founder of the Järva Week, Ahmed Abdirahman talks to Johanna Koljonen about how we can build a sustainable world with the help of culture.

Regarding Chromecast via iPhone
You can use Chromecast for the broadcasts on Berwaldhallen Play from computers and Android phones, but not if you play the concert from Apple’s iPhone. This is due to built-in limitations in the iPhone. If you want to see our concerts on a TV and have an iPhone, Apple’s own transfer technology (AirPlay) via an Apple TV works well.
